Fugitives Sonia Jacobs & Jesse Tafero brutally murdered Officer Philip Black and Constable Donald Irwin to avoid their lawful arrest and forced Walter Rhodes Jr. at gun point, to be their get-a-way driver . After their conviction and Mr. Rhodes testimony, together with indesputable forensic and ballistic evidence, Jacobs and Tafero tried to have him murdered multiple times, to silence him or to have him alter his testimony, to get them off death row. Sonia Jacobs, to this day, is trying to convince the public she is innocent. Jacobs is still a threat to society and has for decades gained fame and fortune from her elaborate hoax. Sonia Jacobs should never have been released since the criminal investigation concludes that Jacobs is the ultimate culprit and enabler to these vicious crimes. Walter Rhodes Jr. had no involvement in Sonia Jacobs and Jesse Tafero´s criminal misconduct.

Tafero was a fugitive who shot and killed Florida State Patrol Officer Philip Black and Ontario Police Corporal Donald Irwin after Sonia Jacobs and her 9 years old son opened fire from the back seat of a car while Tafero was being confined by the police, trying to avoid their lawful arrest.
No one would have been killed that day if Sonia Jacobs had not initiated the shooting. Tafero was previously convicted of assault with the intention to commit rape, robbery, burgulary, taking hostage and other violent crimes.
All weapons retrieved on the day of the murders had been aquired by Sonia Jacobs, in violation of her probation.
Jesse Tafero was executed in 1990 for the murders and kidnapping.

Jacobs was an organized crime affiliate, drug dealer and murder accomplish of Tefaro. Previously charged with possession of drugs in the intent to distribute, endagering her child, weapons possession and gun law violations. Jacobs was know for running scams, using false identities, theft and a numerous other crimes. She was a fugitive at the time of the murders.
Jacobs and Tafero enlisted criminals to have Walter Rhodes killed unless he did not alter his testimony to get her and Tefaro off death row.
Jacobs is the primary culprit in these crimes and neither she or Tafero have ever expressed remorse or accountability for their vicious crimes.
Sonia Jacobs and her associates have continued their scams after her release in 1992, primarily for monetary gain.

Mr. Rhodes had no involvement in the murders of Officer Black and Corporal Irwin, or kidnapping.
Mr. Rhodes was forced at gun point by Tafero and Jacobs to drive their get-away-car. Mr. Rhodes most likely would have become their third murder victim if he had refused.
Mr. Rhodes was shot by police five times and forced to have his left leg amputated when he deliberately crashed the car he was forced to drive and helped the police to arrest Jacobs and Tafero, and save the life of kinapped victim, Leonard Levison.
Forensic evidence, ballistic reports and witnesses, including the kinapped victim, all acquitted Mr. Rhodes from any criminal misconduct. He is still waiting for exoneration and compensation.

On the morning of February 20th, 1976, Sonia Jacobs and Jesse Tafero brutally killed Officer Philip Black and Corporal Donald Irwin on a rest stop in Florida while on a crime spree.
Both were sentenced to death, Tafero was executed in 1990 and Jacobs, by manipulating the system, was released in 1992 although she was the the original shooter and responsible for the deaths of Officer Philip Black and Corporal Donald Irwin.
Sonia Jacobs is not only responsible for the murders of the police officers, but also responsible for Jesse Tefaro´s death sentence, as well as several attempted murders of witness, Walter Rhodes Jr.
Sonia Jacobs confessed and admitted to her crimes on the day of the murders in 1976, which she later has tried to deny although all forensic evidence, ballistic reports and witnesses confirmed these facts.
Everything else written about this case is pure fiction and distortion attempts by Sonia Jacobs to alter her confession, file fictive claims of innocence, and spread false information about the horrific crimes she has commited. Sonia Jacobs fictive evidence has been planted publically and in the court system as part of an elaborate hoax.
This investigation and report is therefore published in order to honor Sonia Jacobs victims and present the facts, evidence and have Walter Rhodes Jr. exonerated and released.
